If you wish to return an unwanted rose, you can do so within 14 days of delivery.
You need to return it to us in the condition it arrived in, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. To keep the rose in optimum condition you may have to water it in the time you have it.
Roses received late or not in a saleable condition will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Arrange the return #
We have designed our packaging carefully, to guarantee our roses arrive safely and in perfect condition. Because returned plants need to be in a saleable condition, we do not accept returns to us that are not in their original packaging.
Roses are living plants and are considered perishable goods and you are therefore responsible for the cost of returning roses to us. Once we have received your rose we will arrange any refund due.
Due to the size and nature of our boxes, we recommend using either DPD or Parcelforce. You can book directly with either of these companies, or another of your choosing.
For reference, our standard rose box is 84cm tall, 30cm wide and 30 cm deep, and typically weighs 4kg.
